Zao´s Jaguar XKR is a moving armory which is loaded with twice as much weapons as Bond´s Aston Martin V12 Vanquish. When they were choosing a car to Zao, "Die Another Day" director Lee Tamahori thought, that hard roof XKR reminded too much Bond's V12 car. To avoid confusions "I chose convertible model - even though it is ridiculous that the guy is driving a convertible car in Iceland."
