Mission:
Detonate a nuclear bomb on a US Air Force base in West Germany, forcing NATO into withdrawing and allowing the Soviet Union to invade Germany.

Fate of the Bond villain:
While attempting to jump on Octopussy's circus train, he knocks down three border guards, leading them to shoot him repeatedly in the back with machine guns.

Economic and easy to drive Tuk Tuk moves easily in the middle of crowds. Bond's version is of course slightly "improved". Vijay's MI6 "company car" is similar looking to hundred other Tuk Tuks in Udaipur streets.

In 1983 General Orlov's valuable Mercedes 250SE limousine was over ten years old. It was still in its own class. Bond chases General Orlov's atomic bomb in East Germany's railroad using Orlov's Mercedes.

Octopussy is the soundtrack for the eponymous thirteenth James Bond film. The score was composed by John Barry, the lyrics by Tim Rice. The opening theme, All Time High is sung by Rita Coolidge and is one of five title songs or songs that are not named after film's title.

The original compact disc released in 1985, by A&M Records, was recalled because of a printing error, and became a rarity. In 1997, the soundtrack was released, by Rykodisc, with the original soundtrack music and some film dialogue, (additional tracks, No. 3, No. 7, and No. 10 seen below) on an Enhanced CD version. The 2003 release, by EMI, restored the original soundtrack music sans dialogue. The original music video of All Time High shows Rita Coolidge in very soft focus in an Indian palace, but it is one of the film's locations, the Royal Pavilion in Brighton, England.
