Necros cunningly masterminds the infiltration of the Blayden safe house and the recovery of Koskov by utilizing his gift for disguises and mimicry.

Misleads MI6 into believing the KGB under General Pushkin has reactivated an assassination program targeting spies. Bond will be assigned to eliminate Pushkin, who is investigating Koskov for embezzlement; with Pushkin dead, Koskov will be free to continue supporting the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan

Arrested; implied to be executed by Pushkin's government offscreen.
